Cut out cross-contamination. HACCP legislation requires every type of cheese to be cut with its own knife. To make life easier, we made three types of knives with colored handles. This white variant is meant for bloomy rind cheeses. This knife is a jack of all trades. Thanks to the three holes in the blade, cheese won't stick to the knife, and the serrated blade can even tear up packaging. We also supply the corresponding cutting boards with an identical color coding for each type of cheese. Why do things the hard way?
